Pelvic floor physical therapy for erectile dysfunction, painful erection and ejaculation, and sexual pain in men.
The pelvic floor muscles play a direct role in erectile function. When they are weak, overactive, or poorly coordinated, that shows up as difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection, pain with erection or ejaculation, or discomfort that makes intimacy something to avoid.
Assessment looks at pelvic floor strength and coordination, breathing and core mechanics, scar tissue, and the hip and low back contributors that often travel with it. Erectile dysfunction can also have vascular, hormonal, neurological, or medication-related causes, so care here works alongside your physician rather than in place of that workup.
Nothing is rushed and everything is explained. You decide what happens in each session.
